| 2) 3D Molecular Orbital | ||
| This plug-in allows you to use the 3D button(Figure 1). When you load Gaussian/GAMESS/MOPAC output file(Gaussian needs “gfprint pop=full” keyword. MOPAC needs “GRAPHF” keyword.) or calculate Gaussian/GAMESS/MOPAC job, you can click this 3D button. If you click 3D button, you can see the 3D molecular orbital which is selected in MO diagram(Figure 2). The 3D molecular orbital is shown at another window, you can modify several conditions(Figure 3).  Figure 2. 3D Molecular orbital |

| 3) Frequency Animation and Frequency Vector | ||
This plug-in allows you to use the following SHOW button(Figure 4). Figure 4. Frequency frame When you load Gaussian/GAMESS/MOPAC frequency calculation output file or calculate Gaussian/GAMESS/MOPAC job, you can click this SHOW button. If you click SHOW button after selecting Animation button, you can see the animation of frequency which is selected(Figure 5). If you click SHOW button after selecting Vector button, you can see the vector of frequency which is selected(Figure 6). |
